Like much of his early work, Alex Toth struggles basic figure drawing, layout and pacing, even with the short page count. Interestingly, the issue also contains a bio on Bess Myerson, the first Jewish Miss America. Other artists in this issue include H.C. Kiefer, Fred Guardineer, Sid Greene, among others.
