First Love Illustrated #70 - Jack Kirby cover

Jack Kirby
First Love Illustrated v1 #70, 1956 - A man with a bouquet arrives moments too late, as another suitor presents his flowers to a delighted woman. Though simple in layout, Jack Kirby's drawing conveys the scenario quite clearly. An unknown inker (perhaps Joe Simon?) does an excellent job with the finishes. The two foreground faces are pleasingly well crafted. This is number 4 of 4 First Love Illustrated issues with Kirby art and/or covers.
