First Love Illustrated v1 #70, 1956 - A man with a bouquet arrives moments too late, as another suitor presents his flowers to a delighted woman. Though simple in layout,
Jack Kirby's drawing conveys the scenario quite clearly. An unknown inker (perhaps Al Avison?) does an excellent job with the finishes. The two foreground faces are pleasingly well crafted. Other artists in this golden age comic include Bill Prentice, Bill Draut and Bob Powell. This is 4 of 4
