Marvel Fanfare v1 #21, 1985 - Teaming up with Doctor Strange, the Thing finds himself fighting for his life against the Hulk. Unlike the previous issue, Jim Starlin seems to have relinquished the penciling chores to Al Milgrom, providing only rough layouts. Some of the best drawings occur during the heat of battle, but overall the results are a bit sloppy and hurried. Starlin's cover is marginally better, but not by much. This is 2 of 2 Marvel Fanfare issues by Starlin.
