Superboy #251 - Jim Starlin art

Superboy #251
Superboy (and the Legion of Super-Heroes) v1 #251, 1979 - Omega, a being created from pure hatred, reaches Legion Headquarters and his means for ending the universe. An insane Brainiac 5 can stop him, but only by sacrificing a fellow Legionnaire. Jim Starlin's creative layouts are maintained by inker Dave Hunt's smooth lines. A high point of the story is Colossal Boy's battle with Omega, where the artist fully employs size and scale for dramatic effect. However, like the previous issue, Starlin's own inks would have enhanced the issue greatly. Other artists in this bronze age comic include Joe Staton and Dick Giordano. This is 4 of 4 Superboy issues by Starlin.
