Frank Miller's layouts must be tighter than usual. Too many pages throughout this double-sized issue match his distinctive style. Four full page splashes grace this issue, including one that bears the artists' signatures. Far less sophisticated is Miller's unnecessarily garish cover. Portions of this story were later reprinted in
Elektra Saga #1 and
