Wyatt Earp v2 #12
Wyatt Earp v2 #12, 1960 - In his last full stories on the series, Russ Manning's enthusiasm seems to have waned. In the opening tale, Wyatt brings the infamous Kiowa Kid to Yuma, braving indians and a criminal gang. In the second story, a young, would-be assassin targets Doc Holliday for familial revenge. Though both have adequate layouts, there's a noticeable lack of detail in character faces, figures and backgrounds. Manning's draftsmanship is recognizable but pales in comparison to his earlier Wyatt Earp issues. Photo cover. This is 12 of 13 Wyatt Earp v2 issues by Manning. /// Manning gallery
