Tarzan's Jungle Annual v1 #6 / Dell Giant, 1957 - Russ Manning continues to contribute short stories on this series of giant square-bound issues. Among the many tales, the artist draws the adventures of Tarzan's wife and son, respectively. Illustrated in an emerging smooth and vivid style, the Jane story (see interior page below) is especially convincing with its African clothing and patterns. An informative page on jungle taxis may have also done by Manning, but I'm not completely convinced. Any other opinions would be welcome. Other artists in this golden age comic include Jesse Marsh. This is 4 of 5 Tarzan's Jungle Annual issues by Manning.
