Savage Tales #10 - Neal Adams art, mis-attributed Al Williamson reprint

Savage Tales #10
Savage Tales v1 #10 featuring Ka-Zar, 1975 - The opening Ka-Zar story pits him and his sabre-tooth Zabu against a sea of crocodiles. Comics veteran Russ Heath pencils this lengthy tale, inked by Neal Adams and his "Crusty Bunkers" colleagues. Adams' inks appear sporadically throughout the story, usually delineating the main figures. His most dramatic contribution is the spread on pages 2-3 and the following page. These scenes show how two complementary styles work together almost seamlessly. And despite what price guides say, there is no Al Williamson reprint in this issue. Other artists in this issue include Rick Bryant, Ross Andru and Vince Colletta. Cover by Boris Vallejo. This is 5 of 5 Savage Tales issues by Adams.
