Witching Hour v1 #31, 1973 - A fiendish boy finds a book on black magic in this odd Alex Nino's story. The art is deftly laid out and deliberately paced. His opening splash is a masterful composition, introducing the characters within a bedroom setting (see interior page below). Looking ordinary at first, the hollowed-out skull, voodoo dolls and book of black magic suggest the trouble to come.
