Iron Fist v1 #9, 1976 - A crime lord named Chaka and his Golden Tigers move to take over the city's rackets. Iron Fist intervenes but is captured and poisoned in the process. As in previous issues, martial arts sequences abound.
John Byrne's layouts occasionally delve into experimentation, such as the diagonal placement of figures on page 11 (see interior page below). However, most pages seem to struggle with both pacing and rendition, especially toward the end. Cover by Dave Cockrum. This is 9 of 15
