Hercules Unbound v1 #11, 1977 - Hercules dons a new costume, just as Kevin starts manifesting new powers and a new threat to Earth emerges. Walt Simonson, inking his own pencils, finally reaches his potential on this series. Both his cover and inside story are artfully drawn in his own distinctive style. Particularly noteworthy are the dual sequences on page 7 and the daring splashes on the first and last pages.
