Haunted Love v1 #9, 1975 - More dynamically composed than his previous cover, Don Newton depicts two men fighting for the affections of a young woman. Her shadowed figure appears in the distance but her frighteningly concerned face is perfectly captured in the foreground. Newton's complementary blues and oranges add an uncommon richness to the scene. Other artists in this bronze age comic include Sanho Kim, Enrique Nieto, Tom Sutton and Pat Boyette.
