Bobby Benson's B-Bar-B Riders v1 #9, 1950 - The Lemonade Kid confronts an oversized brute in the ring, meanwhile a gunman carefully takes aim. While not completely accurate, Frank Frazetta's figure drawing is more realistic than most of his peers. The odd intertwining of legs is somewhat offset by the artist's impressive brushwork. Muscle and body hair is painstakingly detailed, adding dimension to the characters.
