Creepy #105 - Alex Nino art

Creepy v1 #105, 1979 - In the distant future, citizens of Earth decide to banish frivolity by exiling all circus clowns to the moon. Alex Ninos complex drawing style was always suited for futuristic stories and this tale is no exception. His layouts are conservative but thoughtful. Fine details work beautifully on the opening splash, but may have not reproduced as well on other pages. Nino still combines whimsy and technology like no other artist. This story was later reprinted in >Creepy #119. Other artists in this issue include Val Mayerik, Rafael Auraleon and Russ Heath. This is number 9 of 14 Creepy issues with Nino art and/or covers (not including reprints).
