Tarzan v1 #42,
1953 - Dan-El, ruler of Aba-Zulu, returns from exile to reclaim his crown. Natongo, his fellow Brother of the Spear, joins him in pursuit of the kingdom's usurper.
Russ Manning fumbles through many of his drawings. While his layouts are generally static, I see slight improvements in his pacing and panel sequences. As usual, Jesse Marsh is the artist for the main Tarzan feature. Photo cover.
