Creepy magazine v1 #64, 1974 - On the inside front cover, Uncle Creepy sets the tone for the issue, overlooking a rotting corpse. Bernie Wrightson beautifully creates a scene at the water's edge, paying extra attention to the swamp foliage. Unlike most of his frontispieces, this one benefits greatly from the full color treatment. Other artists in this bronze age horror magazine include Paul Neary, Esteban Maroto, Tom Sutton, Howard Chaykin and Richard Corben. Cover by Larry Todd.
