Eerie v3 #12 - Jeff Jones art

Eerie v3 #12
Eerie v3 #12, 1967 - In search of Mayan treasure, two modern explorers find an ancient temple dedicated to a vampire bat god. Set in the South American jungles, Jeff Jones leaves much to the readers' imagination, filling in a handful of details here and there. His approach is more graphic, resulting in interesting new page designs. Perhaps most effective is the opening panel, where Jones turns jungle flora into ominous shapes. Other artists in this bronze age magazine include Dan Adkins, Roy G. Krenkel, Tom Sutton, Johnny Craig, Joe Orlando, Ric Estrada and Al McWilliams. This is 2 of 4 Eerie issues by Jones.
