Ghosts #94 - Don Newton art

Ghosts #94
Ghosts v1 #94, 1980 - A South American doctor purposely errs during surgery, killing the rival of his dictatorial president. The artwork is competently drawn by Don Newton, whose penchant for dramatic lighting is evident. His pencils benefit from the depth and dimension added by inker John Celardo (better known for his work for Gold Key). Though different, the two artists' respective styles surprisingly complement each other. Other artists in this copper age comic include Win Mortimer, Jack Sparling, Dan Adkins, Eduardo Barretto and Vince Colletta. Cover by Luis Domingez. This is 2 of 2 Ghosts issues by Newton.
