In his second full-length story, Russ Manning delivers some of his most visually interesting pages yet. Much of the setting occurs in the sultan's palace, where decorative patterns and motifs are abundant. These relatively peaceful scenes are countered by the ferocious attack of the mosasaur (mistakenly referred to as a "plesiosaur" in the story).
