Steve Ditko
Incredible Hulk v2 #249, 1978 - A winter avalanche sends the Hulk deep underground, encountering a being with unlimited control of ice. Steve Ditko does an admirable job with depicting Jack Frost's cavernous environment. Comprised of warrior statues and natural geological formations, this fantastical setting makes use of the artist's penchant for his uniquely styled shapes. The large panel on page 16 (see interior page shown below) is both revealing and imaginative. This bronze age superhero comic was published by Marvel. This is number 1 of 1 Incredible Hulk v2 issues with Ditko art and/or covers.
