Marvel Classics Comics v1 #8, 1976 - Herman Melville’s novel is newly interpreted in this bronze age series. Like previous issues, this Pendulum Classic reprint is shown in color for the first time. Narration and dialogue occupy much of the panels, but Alex Nino's drawings more than compensate for it. The artist’s rich, textural lines permeate each panel, especially his renditions of sea and storms (pages 17, 26 and 40). The entire issue is a showcase of Nino’s unique talents.
