Wyatt Earp #12 - Al Williamson art

Wyatt Earp v1 #12, 1957 - While passing through town, a cowboy finds himself at gunpoint with only a handful of bullets. This enticing Al Williamson tale is not without its faults. The antagonist's gun is awkwardly drawn on page 3 panel 6 and the lighting is off on the opening panel (a figure is lit from the front yet a lantern shines behind him). Still, Williamson's pencils combined with Ralph Mayo's smooth inks is more impressive than most. Other artists in this golden age western comic includes Norman Maurer. Cover by Joe Maneely. This is 3 of 3 Wyatt Earp issues by Williamson
