Tim Holt #21 - Frank Frazetta cover

Tim Holt v1 #21 golden age western comic book cover art by Frank Frazetta
Frank Frazetta
Tim Holt v1 #21, 1951 - A red diagonal bar divides the cover in two while presenting two main characters inside. Frank Frazetta seems to struggle working within the confined triangular spaces. The Red Mask curiously floats in mid-air while his legs are oddly positioned. The Ghost Rider is hemmed in, his cape curling back as if nearing a wall. While the figures themselves are adequately drawn, the overall design makes this one of Frazetta's disappointing efforts. This is number 2 of 3 Tim Holt issues with Frazetta art and/or covers.
