Weird Fantasy v2 #15 - Al Williamson art

Weird Fantasy v2 #15, 1952 - Astronauts embark on a voyage to the Pollux solar system, thirty light years away. Interestingly, Al Williamson's first two stories offer alternate scenarios of the same mission. The artist's third contribution tells of an archeological find from the medieval age, revealing the arrival of a grotesque alien. The artist renders each tale with fine linework and augments each with subtle grey tones. Of the three, "By George"  stands out slightly due to more visually interesting content. This is number 2 of 8 Weird Fantasy issues with Williamson art and/or covers. Other artists in this issue include Al Feldstein, Jack Kamen and Joe Orlando.
