Our Army At War v1 #187 featuring Sgt. Rock, 1967 - Upon orders, a rookie shadows Sgt. Rock through several skirmishes with the Nazis. Joe Kubert's cover is somewhat lackluster. The composition squeezes elements into every available space with little breathing room. This is largely offset by Russ Heath's terrific artwork inside. Other artists in this silver age comic include Ric Estrada.
