Doomsday Plus One v1 #6, 1976 - Note that this issue contains the last original story, before reprints begin. A striking John Byrne cover opens the tale, colored in angry reds and oranges. A cool splash page follows, as the Doomsday team fends off an attack from all sides. The art tends to decline midway through the book, starting with the caveman's battle with a futuristic gorilla (center spread).
