Our Fighting Forces v1 #159 featuring the Losers, 1975 - An American soldier hooks up with the Losers after surviving a Nazi onslaught. A former Olympic sprinter, Henry Jones runs into his old German competitor on the battlefield.
Jack Kirby clearly pays homage to track star Jessie Owens, even referencing the 1936 Berlin Olympics. While the cover art is crudely illustrated, the story art is visually engaging. Most exceptional is the double page spread of "Mile-a-Minute" Jones bursting through a crowd of Nazis (pages 2-3). This is 9 of 12
