Marvel Comics Presents v1 #46, 1990 - The Sub-mariner tries to aid a distressed humpback whale, when hunters suddenly arrive with powered harpoons. Marshall Rogers lends his inking skills to this brief tale, but the results are disappointing. Evidence of his eclectic style is scant and adds little to the story. Other artists in this issue include John Buscema, Rodney Ramos, Mark McKenna, Hugh Haynes and Fred Fredericks. Cover by Rob Liefeld.
