Green Lantern Evil's Might v1 #3, 2002 - Empowered by the same lantern used by Kyle Rayner, Alan Scott runs rampant across New York City. Against the backdrop of graft and corruption of Tamany Hall, the two Green Lanterns face a final battle. Like the previous two issues, Marshall Rogers shows his strength in architectural renderings. The figure drawings are a tad static, but inker John Cebollero adds the right amount of detail. This is 3 of 3 Green Lantern: Evil's Might issues by Rogers.
