Barry Smith visualizes the sound and the fury of battle, though his layout seems less considered than usual. The red flashes on the left ashow the sequence of blasts emanating from his right hand weapon. Still, Smith has had better Image covers. The story inside was written by Brandon Choi and drawn by Jim Lee. This is 1 of 1 Deathblow issues by
Smith and chapter 6 of 6 of the
Wildstorm Rising storyline.
