Thanos Quest v1 #1, 1990 - Newly resurrected by Death, Thanos conjures up a plan to collect all six infinity stones scattered across the universe. His immediate task is to take them individually from their current owners: the In-Betweener, Champion of the Universe and the Gardener. Jim Starlin begins the first of a two part saga that leads into the Infinity Gauntlet. In addition to his script, drawn by Ron Lim and John Beatty, Starlin also illustrates the adequately painted wrap-around cover.
