All-Flash v1 #1, 1941 - Unlike Flash Comics, where he made his debut, Jay Garrick begins a series dedicated to his own super-speed adventures. This first issue is chock full of original stories and art, including a brief recap of the Flash's origin. Interestingly, the inside front cover shows the Justice Society of America granting him permission to appear in his own series. All stories were written by Gardner Fox and drawn by E. E. Hibbard. Cover by Hibbard. /// key 1st issue- - - - - - - - - -
