Strange Sports Stories v1 #1, 1973 - After being featured in Brave and the Bold, DC tries out this odd sports theme as an ongoing series. Among the stories in this first issue: Satan pitches a professional baseball game and the Rip Van Winkle legend gets a modernized update with a greater emphasis on bowling. All stories were written by Frank Robbins and drawn by Curt Swan, Dick Giordano and Bob Oksner. Cover by Nick Cardy. /// key 1st issue
