Time Tunnel v1 #1, 1966 - The US government builds a secret time machine deep underground. Still in its experimental phase, one of the scientists risks his life by entering the portal. This first issue was published in the same year as the ABC television program. Although the science fiction show aired thirty episodes, the comic book series lasted a mere two issues. These Paul S. Newman stories were drawn by Tom Gill. Painted cover by George Wilson. /// key 1st issue
