The Jetsons v1 #1, 1963 - Predictably, the famous futuristic cartoon family appears in a comic book series. George Jetson, his wife Jane, daughter Judy and his boy Elroy first appeared on ABC television just a year before. This first issue introduces readers to a world of aerocars, sky-high houses and robot maids. Created by Hanna-Barbera, the Jetsons contrasted a certain stone age family on television.
