Green Lantern: Evil's Might v1 #1, 2002 - Set in the early 1900s, Kyle Rayner belongs to a gang of street thugs although his conscience weighs on him. An old lamp and its accompanying ring suddenly bestow him with great powers, giving New York City its own hero. Marshall Rogers' style is a good fit the time period. While some of his layouts seem stodgy, John Cebollero's inking makes up for it. This is one of DC's Elseworlds limited series.
