Marvel Tales v2 #247, 1991 - Spider-man teams up with both Cloak and Dagger and the New Mutants? You bet. Marshall Rogers does a cover layout similar to the original. I'd say it's not a substantially better drawing. The moire' patterns occurring in the background may or may not be intentional. This story is reprinted from Marvel Team-Up annual.
