Armed with his flame gun, the hero tracks down and confronts the pirate in his lair. No origin is given for this new golden age hero at this time. This Will Eisner story was drawn by Lou Fine. Other features in this first issue include Dr. Fung, Yarko the Great, Shorty Shortcake and Patty O'Day. Other artists in this issue includes Bob Powell.
