Wildcats (Covert Action Teams) v1 #20, 1995 - Two years since the the first issue, Barry Smith draws his first and only cover on the series. While mainly focused on the story's antagonist, his layout also shares his own depictions of the Voodoo, Zealot, Spartan, Grifter and the rest. Per usual, Smith's neoclassical style adds a touch of class to the characters. Interior art by Travis Charest and Troy Hubbs. This is chapter 2 of the Wildstorm Rising storyline.
