Wetworks v1 #8, 1995 - Part seven of the Wildstorm Rising storyline, this issue continues from Deathblow #16 then goes on to Backlash #8. Not surprisingly, these comics are rife with guest appearances. In this case, members of the Wildcats play a prominent role. Barry Smith makes this clear on this atypically busy cover. To his credit, inker Alex Bialy mostly keeps the pencils intact and maintains the usual standards. Other artists in this issue include Whilce Portacio and Scott Williams. This is chapter 7 of the Wildstorm Rising storyline.
