Weird Fantasy v2 #12, 1952 - Wally Wood contributes two excellent stories in this issue. In the first, a small group temporarily leaves Earth as it becomes uninhabitable. The second tale tells of a spaceship journey to new planet where human scale is insignificant. Both are amazingly detailed as Wood renders complex technology with ease. "Project Survival" is the better of the two, opening with a scene of a rocket under construction. Other artists in this golden age age science fiction comic include Jack Kamen and Joe Orlando.
