Strange Worlds v1 #2, 1951 - Through artifacts, an archeologist finds evidence of a destructive war between two ancient civilizations in North America. One of several barbarian-themed takes for Avon publishing, Wally Wood seems perfectly comfortable in this genre. His drawings are a tad primitive, but display a latent talent still in progress.
