Amazing Spider-Man v1 #100, 1971 - Using his chemistry skills, Peter Parker concocts and drinks a portion to rid him of his powers. Subsequent delirium follows, providing a good excuse for imaginary battles with Doctor Octopus, Vulture, Green Goblin, Kingpin and the Lizard. Written by Stan Lee and drawn by Gil Kane and Frank Giacoia, this story ends in a multi-pronged shocker. This tale was also reprinted in Marvel Tales v2 #251. Cover by John Romita and Giacoia. /// key Milestone issue- - - - - - - - - -
