Martin Kane Private Eye v1 #2, 1950 - Only the second issue of this brief series, Fox publications visualizes he popular radio show program of the same name. John Hamilton, a notorious bank robber, breaks his buddies out of prison but eventually gets wounded. Unlike the previous issue, Wally Wood's handiwork adds to the visceral nature of the story. His early style is prone to distortion but works well with the brutality of the crime genre. This issue also includes art by George Tuska. This is 2 of 2 Martin Kane Private Eye issues by Wood.
