Marvel Spotlight v1 #12, 1973 - Freed from mystical shackles, the Son of Satan seeks a young woman possessed by his father. The journey takes him into Hell itself, fending off demons while attempting to rescue Johnny Blaze and his charge. Daimon Hellstrom appeared earlier in Ghost Rider #1 (10 panels) and #2 (11 panels) but almost entirely in shadow. This issue marks his first full appearance, in costume, with his face revealed for the first time. This Gary Friedrich story was drawn by Herb Trimpe and Frank Chiaramonte. Cover by Trimpe.
