Saga of the Swamp Thing v1 #37, 1985 - As the Swamp Thing learns a newfound ability to regenerate from scratch, a smoking, trenchcoat-clad figure offers his assistance. Resembling the lead singer of The Police, John Constantine makes his debut as DC's newest occult hero. Well into his run on the series, writer Alan Moore uses the character as the Swamp Thing's guide to horrific but related events happening around the country. This story and accompanying cover were drawn by Stephen Bissette and John Totleben. After several appearances in this title.
