Caliber Presents v1 #1, 1989 - Created, written and drawn by James O' Barr, the Crow makes his first appearance cornering a thief as he pursues his vendetta. His debut includes no information on his origin, abilities or background. The story is brief and contains only minimal dialogue. And yet the character gained an impressive following over the years. A Crow movie premiered in 1994 followed by two sequels. Other features in this first issue include Cuda, Thrill-kill and Nightstreets. Cover by Tim Vigil.
