Wonder Woman v2 #1, 1987 - Only a year after the first series ended, DC reboots the title with this first issue. Wonder Woman's origin is retold with new details, incorporating Greek and Roman mythological elements. George Perez's outstanding cover and interiors show a palpable enthusiasm for the character and her history. His work rivals Crisis on Infinite Earths and New Teen Titans from the same time period. This story was co-plotted by Greg Potter and George Perez and scripted by Potter.
