Savage Sword of Conan #171 - Al Williamson art

Savage Sword of Conan #171
Savage Sword of Conan v1 #171, 1990 - A spate of wanton killings in a small village prompts Solomon Kane to offer his protection to a young survivor. Al Williamson once again inks over Steve Carr's pencils. Though adequately detailed, his renditions are poorly executed, even sloppy in some panels. The poor results almost equal the disappointing main Conan feature in the start of the book. Other artists in this issue include Dave Hooper and Tony DeZuniga. Cover by Earl Norem. This is 2 of 3 Savage Sword of Conan issues by Williamson.
