Justice League of America v1 #138, 1977 - Adam Strange seemingly turns against his friends on this excellent Neal Adams cover. This is one of his last works on the series, which almost never included interior stories. Still, the cover layout shines with its radiating lines and carefully positioned figures. Adams' rendition of the planet Rann's champion is among his very best. Other artists in this bronze age comic include Dick Dillin and Joe Giella.
